• قماش ناعم كالحرير وصديق للبيئة: نعومة لا تُقاوم سيحبها الأطفال. مصنوعة من قماش PET مُعاد تدويره، الأغطية الفخمة والمريحة لطيفة على البشرة.
• دعم ذكي للذقن والرأس: راحة شاملة بزاوية 360 درجة لنوم مثالي أثناء السفر. تصميم قابل للتعديل بالكامل يمنع رأسك من السقوط للأمام أثناء النوم. تصميم الرقبة المفتوح يسمح بملاءمة مثالية وتدفق هواء مناسب يحافظ على درجة حرارة جسمك ويضمن تهوية مستمرة.
• إغلاق فيلكرو: يُثبّت شريط الذقن بسهولة على الجزء الأمامي من الوسادة بواسطة شريط فيلكرو. اسحب الشريط أو الوسادة برفق لإزالة شريط الذقن. غطِّ وسادة الهبوط المزودة بشريط فيلكرو عند عدم استخدامها.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Report issues immediately with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Exchanges

Only available for defective or damaged items. Otherwise, return and place a new order after approval.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing may take longer.

7. Open Box Products

Open Box items are sold at discounted prices and include demo, returned, or opened-packaging products.
