• UNIVERSAL CAR ADAPTER:  Ember Car Charger plugs into most cars and vehicles via 12V power outlet (Cigarette Lighter).
• STANDARD CUP HOLDER:  This car charger fits most standard cup holders (1.9inches / 48.5 mm in diameter).
• SMART AND SLEEK:  The smart LED indicates when your mug is charging or fully charged. LED light is solid white when powered on, green when mug is fully charged, breathing red when charging the mug.
• SIMPLE AND ORGANIZED:  The built-in cable winder allows for easy cord management. Simply pull from both ends simultaneously of the cable winder to the desired length. To retract, pull slightly from both ends at the same time and slowly release.
• COMPATIBILITY:  This Ember car charger is only compatible with 1st and 2nd genaration of Ember Travel mugs.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Report issues immediately with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Exchanges

Only available for defective or damaged items. Otherwise, return and place a new order after approval.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing may take longer.

Open Box items are sold at discounted prices and include demo, returned, or opened-packaging products.
