Payment Policy

How do I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods:

  1. Cash on Collection [UAE only – when collecting from our office]
  2. Visa
  3. MasterCard
  4. AMEX
  5. Apple Pay and Google Pay
  6. Instalments via Tabby

Please note: Cash on Delivery is no longer available.

Payment will be charged in AED. If you use a credit card that is not issued in the UAE, your statement will show the charge in your local currency using the exchange rate applicable by your bank.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout runs on Shopify's PCI DSS Level 1 certified platform – the highest security standard in the card payment industry – and every page is encrypted over HTTPS (TLS).

When you click "Check out", you stay on our own domain: the checkout address begins with https://dxb.net/checkouts/.

Card payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, are processed securely by Stripe. Tabby instalment payments are completed on Tabby's own secure page. DXB.NET never stores your card details.

To check that a page is secure, look for:

  • A web address that begins with https://
  • The padlock icon in your browser's address bar
