Warranty policy

All items on DXB.NET are covered by warranty as follows:

ALL NEW Items – 1 year warranty

OPEN-BOX Items – 1 month warranty

The warranty is calculated from the invoice date. If in doubt, simply check the manual inside the product package or get in touch with us and we'll be happy to help!

Under the DXB.NET warranty policy, we commit to fix any defective items within 14 working days of receiving them at our service center. To service any item, follow the steps below:

How to Process a Warranty Service

  1. Contact us at dxb@dxb.net or on WhatsApp/Calls +971506109522 to initiate the process. Retain original packaging and labels for serial number verification.
  2. Wait for return authorization confirmation from DXB.NET customer service along with a prepaid return airway bill (AWB).
  3. We will arrange pick-up, and our courier will contact you to schedule the best timing.
  4. Pack the item in its original state and hand it over to the courier. Print and include the AWB, as Aramex will not process the return without it.
  5. Once we receive the items, we aim to inspect and service them within 14 working days. Any delays due to missing parts will be communicated.
  6. When the item is repaired and ready for shipment, we will send a confirmation email.

Warranty Terms

This complementary warranty only applies where a defect has arisen wholly or substantially as a result of faulty manufacture, parts, or workmanship during the Warranty Period.

This warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors, including but not limited to:

  1. Normal wear and tear;
  2. Abuse, mishandling, accident, or failure to follow operating instructions;
  3. Leaking batteries;
  4. Exposure to liquid (excluding water for waterproof products) or infiltration of foreign particles;
  5. Servicing or modification by anyone other than DXB.NET or authorized agents;
  6. Use with non-conforming accessories, parts, or devices including batteries, tapes/cards, lenses, and flash attachments.
