Return & Refunds

1. Return Policy (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused, unworn, and uninstalled (where applicable)
  • With all original tags, packaging, accessories, and manuals
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

2. How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • Shipping details or return label (if applicable)

⚠️ Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Address

Approved returns must be shipped to:

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Provide photos or videos of the issue
  • We will evaluate and resolve the issue through replacement or refund, where applicable

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

  • Email us at 📧 orders@shift.ae
  • Send the item after approval to the return address above

The fastest method is to:

  • Return the original item (after approval)
  • Place a new order for the replacement item

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time is up to 7-10 business days

Please note:

  • Banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund
  • If more than 10 business days pass after approval, contact us

7. Open Box Products Policy (IMPORTANT)

Our Open Box program offers discounted products as part of our initiative to promote sustainability and reduce packaging waste.

What are Open Box items?

Open Box products may include:

  • Customer-returned items in like-new condition
  • Display or demo units
  • Items with opened or damaged packaging

These include categories such as: mobile accessories, power banks, décor items, wireless headphones, and similar lifestyle electronics.

Warranty Coverage

  • All Open Box items come with a ONE (1) MONTH WARRANTY
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only

Strict Conditions

  • NO RETURNS or REFUNDS are accepted on Open Box items
  • ❌ Exchanges are not applicable unless the item is defective under warranty
  • ❌ Cosmetic imperfections or packaging damage are not considered defects

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Misuse or mishandling
  • Water or electrical damage caused by the user
  • Normal wear and tear

8. International Orders

  • Returns are not applicable on international orders
  • Exception: Returns are only accepted if the product is defective upon arrival

9. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Open Box products (strictly non-returnable)

Shift Electronics LLC is the Authorized Distributor of all brands listed on DXB.NET and the official retailer of DXB.NET in the Middle East. The company is responsible for all product-related obligations, including warranty, service, and after-sales support within the region.
