The orders inside UAE (other than Dubai) will be delivered by our Logistics Partner Aramex.
What are your International Delivery options?
International orders are dispatched within same day if placed before 3 PM UAE time [excluding Friday - Saturday]. If the order is placed after 3PM, we will do our best to still dispatch the same day, but can only promise it will leave us within the next business day.
The applicable Shipping Rates will will vary depending on the destination (country and city), weight & dimension of the products you have purchased. This information will be shared with you on checkout and added to your bill.
International Shipping is offered by our Logistics Partner Aramex.
Aramex Shop & Ship?
Let us know your mailbox number at Aramex Shop & Ship and we will deliver your order to Aramex’s eHouse in Dubai. Your terms for this delivery will be similar to our standard UAE delivery policy stated above. Aramex will bill you directly for their Shop & Shop services.
I ordered…..where is my product?
Waiting for that phone call to inform you of the arrival of your product? Counting the minutes and the hours?
We should have sent you by e-mail the details of your delivery. If shipped using Aramex, you will be able to track your order using the Aramex tracking number provided in the e-mail. You can also log into your account for additional and detailed shipping information for your order.
What if my order is late/gets lost?
If your delivery has been delayed, please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to track it directly with ARAMEX. Any order discrepancies relating to missing/lost items must be reported to us in writing via our contact form within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 30 working days after the date of dispatch until ARAMEX classifies items as being lost. We can't resend orders until they are classified as lost. Items not received but tracked as being delivered frequently happens when items are delivered to someone else who has signed for it at the delivery address. Please note that we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.
Providing the correct delivery address is the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot take responsibility for delivery of goods to an incorrect but deliverable address or delivery to a non-existent address. Refunds will not be processed for lost or delivered goods when an incorrect address has been provided by the customer.
