I’ve received a wrong or faulty/defective product…what do I do?

We’re only human… mistakes can happen and we apologize. You may return the faulty or wrong product if it meets the following criteria:

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product;
  • Product is damaged on arrival;
  • Product received is different from what you ordered;
  • Product must be as new, not used, in re-sellable condition, in its original package;
  • Package must include all items: accessories, manual, stickers, warranty card, etc.

How do I initiate the return for my wrong or faulty/defective product?

  1. Contact us at dxb@dxb.net or +971506109522 to initiate the return.
  2. Specify the product and reason for return.
  3. Wait for return authorization confirmation from DXB.NET customer service.
  4. Our courier will contact you to schedule pick-up (up to 5 days from request).
  5. Pack the item in its original state and hand it over to the courier.

We will do our best to solve your issue via email or phone as quickly as possible.

You have collected the product from me…now what?

Please allow 3 working days from receiving the product in DXB.NET office to get back to you with a response. If confirmed faulty/wrong, a replacement will be sent free within 5–7 days.

  • If not faulty: Collect from DXB.NET HQ (shipping fees may apply) Get Directions
  • Or request a refund (return shipping deducted from total)

COD orders will receive a return coupon; card payments refunded within 7 working days after processing (bank may take 7–14 days).

It’s not what I wanted; can I return or exchange the product?

The return must meet the following criteria:

  • Initiate within 14 days of receiving the product;
  • Product must be new, unused, in original packaging;
  • Package must include all items: accessories, manual, stickers, warranty card;
  • Discounted/special promotion products may not be fully refundable;
  • Partial refunds (30–50%) may apply if product is not in perfect condition;
  • No refund for used items.

How do I initiate the return of my unwanted product?

  • Contact dxb@dxb.net
  • Specify the product and reason for return
  • Wait for return authorization confirmation
  • Send goods back to DXB.NET HQ per instructions

Change of mind returns are free within UAE. International returns may incur shipping charges deducted from refunded store credit.

I have sent back the product…now what?

Card payments refunded to same card (7–14 working days). COD orders receive a return coupon. International shipping fees may be deducted.

Can I return an item purchased with a coupon/discount code?

Card payments refunded after discounts; new discount codes emailed with same benefits. COD orders have discount added to return coupon. Full order returns only.
