The 750ml food tray and the 40ml separated dressing jar help preserve the taste and texture of a meal with various components.

• MICROWAVE SAFE - You can reheat your meal in 24Bottes Lunch Box: microwave without outer shield and dressing jar lid, max 3 min at 500w.Use the Food Tray Lid to reheat your food evenly and prevent food contamination when using shared microwaves.
• DISHWASHER SAFE - The Lunch Box is conveniently dishwasher safe: upper rack recommended, gentle wash. Outer shield excluded.
• REFRIGERATOR SAFE - Fill the Food Tray, close it with its lid, screw in the Dressing Jar and store your meal in the fridge. Then, before going out, place the Cutlery Set on top and screw in the Outer Shield.
• MULTIPLE SECTIONS - Feel free to use the Dressing Jar for sauces, cream, dips, spices, toppings, crunchy bits, croutons, cheese, seeds and even coffee!Need more space? No problem, just leave out the Jar, fill the black round pocket and close it with the Dressing Jar Lid.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Report issues immediately with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Exchanges

Only available for defective or damaged items. Otherwise, return and place a new order after approval.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing may take longer.

Open Box items are sold at discounted prices and include demo, returned, or opened-packaging products.
