1. Return Policy – Sealed, Unopened Items Only (7 Days)
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery only if the item is unopened, factory-sealed and unused, with the original seal, packaging, tags, accessories and manuals intact, and you have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once the seal or packaging has been opened.
2. Items We Cannot Accept Back
- Items that have been opened (seal broken or packaging opened), used, worn or installed, or activated – for example a camera, projector, smartwatch or other device that has been switched on, set up, registered or paired to an app or account
- Items with missing parts, accessories, manuals or packaging, or with signs of use, damage, scratches or tampering
- Open Box products (final sale – see section 8)
- Sale or discounted clearance items, and gift cards
- International orders, unless the product is defective on arrival

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos or videos of the issue
- After inspection we will repair, replace or refund the item, where applicable
Faults that appear after this period are handled under the product warranty (see our Warranty Policy).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To get a different product, return the eligible sealed item (after approval) and place a new order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
