The Safe+Mate mask is made from 60% organic cotton and 40% polyester blended fabric. The cotton-poly blend helps the mask retain its shape and color wash after wash. The fabric is made with anti-microbial material that prevents growth of bacteria. The mask fits under the chin for comfortable non-binding feel. The contoured fabric panel wraps securely around the bridge of the nose while the back has elastic strap for relief of tension around the ears. It also includes optional replaceable PM 2.5 filters (additional filters sold separately).

Care Instructions: Machine or Hand wash with detergent and warm water, machine dry with medium heat.

Warning: Risk of Suffocation. Not intended for children under 2 or anyone with difficulty in breathing. Face masks may be difficult to remove without assistance. Non-medical use only.

1. Returns (7 Days)

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Report issues immediately with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Exchanges

Only available for defective or damaged items. Otherwise, return and place a new order after approval.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing may take longer.
