1. Return Policy – Sealed, Unopened Items Only (7 Days)

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery only if the item is unopened, factory-sealed and unused, with the original seal, packaging, tags, accessories and manuals intact, and you have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once the seal or packaging has been opened.

2. Items We Cannot Accept Back

• Items that have been opened (seal broken or packaging opened), used, worn or installed, or activated – for example a camera, projector, smartwatch or other device that has been switched on, set up, registered or paired to an app or account
• Items with missing parts, accessories, manuals or packaging, or with signs of use, damage, scratches or tampering
• Open Box products (final sale – see section 8)
• Sale or discounted clearance items, and gift cards
• International orders, unless the product is defective on arrival

3. How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

• Return instructions
• Shipping details or return label (if applicable)

⚠️ Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide your order number and photos or videos of the issue
• After inspection we will repair, replace or refund the item, where applicable

Faults that appear after this period are handled under the product warranty (see our Warranty Policy).

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To get a different product, return the eligible sealed item (after approval) and place a new order.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method
• Processing time is up to 7-10 business days
• Shipping and duties/taxes are non-refundable

Please note:

• Banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund
• If more than 10 business days pass after approval, contact us

8. Open Box Products Policy (IMPORTANT)

Our Open Box program offers discounted products as part of our initiative to promote sustainability and reduce packaging waste.

What are Open Box items?

Open Box products may include:

• Customer-returned items in like-new condition
• Display or demo units
• Items with opened or damaged packaging

Warranty Coverage

• All Open Box items come with a minimum THREE (3) MONTH WARRANTY, or longer if stated on the product page (for example, XGIMI and Insta360 Open Box products carry a 6-month warranty)
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only

Strict Conditions

• ❌ NO RETURNS or REFUNDS are accepted on Open Box items
• ❌ Exchanges are not applicable unless the item is defective under warranty
• ❌ Cosmetic imperfections or packaging damage are not considered defects

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage
• Misuse or mishandling
• Water or electrical damage caused by the user
• Normal wear and tear

Shift Electronics LLC is the Authorized Distributor of all brands listed on DXB.NET and the official retailer of DXB.NET in the Middle East. The company is responsible for all product-related obligations, including warranty, service, and after-sales support within the region.
