The Insta360 Mic Air Transmitter + Receiver (TX + RX bundle) is a compact wireless mic system tailored for creators using Insta360 and USB-C devices. The lightweight transmitter (just 7.9 g, about the size of a coin) provides 48 kHz/24-bit omnidirectional audio with built-in noise cancellation and a furry windshield for outdoor recording. It offers up to 10 hours of battery life, a wireless range of up to 300 m in open areas, and offers multiple mounting options—magnet, clip, or pendant—for versatile placement . The included USB-C receiver supports pass-through charging while plugged in and receives audio wirelessly from the transmitter . This bundle is fully compatible with Insta360 Flow, Flow Pro, and Flow 2 Pro gimbals, as well as USB-C smartphones and tablets, making it ideal for mobile creators . For Insta360 X5 (and Ace Pro 2), the system can be used without the receiver—the transmitter connects directly, and you still get on-mic controls like muting or noise-reduction toggles .

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

UAE Shipping: We provide shipping across the United Arab Emirates. Deliveries within Dubai are typically completed within 1–2 business days, while deliveries to other Emirates may take 3–4 business days.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
