If your camera is damaged, Insta360 replaces it and covers shipping both ways. You pay a replacement fee of AED 232 each time you use the service, far less than the cost of a repair.

Eligibility: Available for genuine Insta360 Luna Ultra cameras bought from Insta360 or an authorised reseller, that have not been activated or were activated less than 30 days ago.

1. Returns (7 Days)

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Report issues immediately with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Exchanges

Only available for defective or damaged items. Otherwise, return and place a new order after approval.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing may take longer.

Open Box items are sold at discounted prices and include demo, returned, or opened-packaging products.
