ELIGIBILITY AND BATTERY NOTES

This service is available only to customers who purchased a genuine Insta360 Luna Ultra through Insta360 official channels or authorized agents, and who have not activated the device or have activated it less than 30 days ago. If the returned device is sent without the battery, the Insta360 service center will replace the device only. If it is sent with the battery, the service center will replace both the device and the battery.

1. Returns (7 Days)

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing may take longer.
